Business Communication & Change Manager (Outsourcing)

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Change Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute change management strategies for outsourcing transitions.

• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and readiness gaps.

• Ensure change plans align with business goals, CPO policies, and legal requirements.

2. Communication Leadership

• Design and deliver clear, consistent, and timely communication plans for diverse audiences.

• Prepare messaging for leadership updates, employee briefings, FAQs, and external partner communications.

• Manage communication channels (email, intranet, town halls) to ensure transparency and trust.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with CPO, Legal, IT, and Operations to coordinate change activities.

• Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and training to support adoption and morale.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on communication tone, timing, and strategy.

4. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track change adoption metrics and communication effectiveness.

• Adjust strategies based on feedback, pulse surveys, and business outcomes.

• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Business, HR, or related field.

• 5 years of experience in change management and business communication, preferably in outsourcing or shared services environments.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Other Details

• Working Conditions: Normal office environment; may require travel between Brussels, BLA, Mons, or The Hague.

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
